Specific to each site, facility and market, prepare recommendations to the project design that will maximize the use and participant satisfaction of each facility.
Work cooperatively with our agency partner and their design/engineering/construction team to assist the project completion and quality.
Work with the architectural design team to help identify cost-effective design/construction aspects to facilitate profitable operations.
Attend and present at public meetings, council meetings, community meetings as needed to foster support and achieve a positive outcome.
Communicate with elected officials, staff, and private sports facility owners concerning public/private partnerships or private negotiations. Deal points will be discussed and negotiated with the approval of and to the benefit of both the public agency and SRM.
Review facility site(s) to ascertain location, visibility, accessibility, issues related to neighboring property owners, traffic concerns, lighting concerns, etc. Once we are convinced that a facility can be brought back to financial health or a new facility is warranted, we submit a proposal to our potential public partners that includes; the offer of an economic impact study, a site analysis showing potential upgrades, and annual sports participant use estimates, projected agency cost savings.
Perform research and analysis necessary to determine if a market can support the planned facility including; operational pro forma, market rate study, assessment of competition, etc.
Calculate the economic impact a region can expect through the addition of a SRM facility.
Determine market size, existing and potential teams in various sports and age groups, price points of competing facilities in our selected regions.
